Section 1 - Retirements/Promotions/Personal Event In the Club Area 

1. If a member or guest would like to hold an event at the Cutlass, a $150 deposit will be provided upon time of making the reservation. If the reservation is canceled 7 calendar days prior to, $145 will be refunded. No refunds will be provided if the reservation is canceled less than 7 calendar days from the event. If the event occurs, $145 dollars will be refunded if requested on the day of the event. An annual or lifetime member must sponsor.

Section 2 - CPO Initiation (Season Events) In the Club Area

1. If a member or guest would like to hold a season event at the Cutlass, a $50 deposit will be provided upon time of making the reservation. If the reservation is canceled 7 calendar days prior to, $45 will be refunded. No refunds will be provided if the reservation is canceled less than 7 calendar days from the event. If the event occurs, $45 dollars will be refunded if requested on the day of the event. An annual or lifetime member must sponsor and be present. 

Section 3 - Command Sponsored Event (Sailor 360)

1. If a member or guest would like to hold a training event at the Cutlass or Heritage room, no deposit is required. This event will not have alcohol and point of contact from the command will be present at all times.

Section 4 - Heritage Room Only Events

1. Any member or guest may reserve the heritage room for any event provided the Executive committee is given 7 days notice. This event will not have alcohol unless specifically approved by the executive committee and a point of contact will be provided. Violations will be forwarded to the Base CMC and additional punitive actions as determined by the executive committee.
